HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED FOR THIS PROGRAM?
You need 30 min once a week and about 15 min on two additional days. You can do more but that’s the minimum.
DO I NEED EQUIPMENT?
You do not need equipment for this program. If you want to use light weights, dumbbells, or ankle weights you can do so. The regular version is without equipment but I will show you options on how to incorporate equipment in a little box in the video.
ARE THE VIDEOS WITH TALKING INSTRUCTIONS?
Yes. All videos include talking instructions. It’s important to know how to breathe and how to perform the exercise correctly. But I don’t like redundant chit chat so I will keep it short. The HIIT workouts include very short explanations so the music keeps you motivated.
I DON'T WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT. IS THIS STILL FOR ME?
Yes! Here is the thing. This program is designed to tone & sculpt the body. We have strengthening exercises to build lean muscles and make you stronger. And we have cardio workouts that burn calories (even after your workout) and therefore help reduce body fat. If you have lots of body fat, you will lose weight. If you don’t have a lot of body fat you won’t lose weight and your body will focus more on sculpting. Our bodies are smart!
I DON'T LIKE CARDIO. IS THIS STILL FOR ME?
I know. Me neither. I don’t like the cardio, aerobic style workouts where you jump around just to do cardio. That’s not what we do in this program. They are mostly in combination with strength exercises.
I’M AFRAID THIS PROGRAM IS GOING TO BE TOO EASY / TOO HARD FOR ME
Not going to happen. There are ‘lighter’ and ‘advanced’ modifications so you never feel overwhelmed or not challenged enough!
I STILL HAVE DIASTASIS RECTI / PELVIC FLOOR ISSUES. IS THIS FOR ME?
If your diastasis recti is 3 fingers wide or bigger, this program is not for you. I recommend you to do the REBUILD program first or again to close the gap. If your gap is 2.5 fingers or smaller and you already completed the REBUILD program, you can do this program. There will be modifications for anyone with an ab separation.
This program is also doable with a weak pelvic floor. We have jumps toward the end of the program but there are modifications for anyone who has pelvic floor issues (no jumping version). However, this is not a pelvic floor healing program.
DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE JUMPING?
If you want to… in the first few weeks of the program all workouts are without any jumps! You can stick to the no-jumping version until the end of the program especially if you still struggle with pelvic floor issues or have knee problems. But if you want to slowly integrate jumps (like jumping jacks or squat jumps) into your workout, you can do so with this program.
I WILL GO ON A TRIP / VACATION / HAVE VISITORS / MIGHT GET SICK DURING THE PROGRAM. WHAT THEN?
No problem! If you are on a trip and want to continue with the program, you can! You can do the workouts from anywhere in the world without equipment. If you need to take a break, you can! This program will be available forever and will not expire.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE PROGRAM?
You continue exercising. The great thing about this program is that you can always increase the intensity. You can add equipment to the Full Body Workouts to make it harder. Add ankle weights or a booty band for the targeted workouts. And you have 6 different HIIT workouts where you can complete more than 3 rounds.
